If you want to send them to your daughter or whomever you can take a screen capture by simultaneously clicking the power and home button on your phone. Then the picture will be in your photos. If the ads bother you you can buy the paid version. Highly recommend.

I am using this app every morning. I am finding that that thoughts are giving me a lot of guidance. I really like the option to save the ones that I want to keep close in my mind.
